Let’s Talk Signage
Need signage drawings that are clear, compliant, and fabrication-ready?
The Signitects bridges the gap between architects, designers, and sign manufacturers by delivering detailed signage packages that reduce revisions, eliminate guesswork, and support accurate installation.
We take complicated scope and turn it into clear, buildable documentation—sign schedules, elevations, details, and notes that speak the same language across the entire team. Whether your project is interior wayfinding, exterior building ID, tenant branding, or a full property package, our goal is simple: create drawings that make decisions easier and production smoother.
From early design coordination through final approval, we focus on accuracy, code awareness, and real-world fabrication constraints so nothing gets lost in translation. The result is a cleaner handoff, fewer RFIs, faster revisions, and signage that looks right on paper and installs right in the field.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Have questions about how our signage drawings fit into your project? Here are quick answers to the things architects, GCs, and sign fabricators ask us most often. Can’t find an answer? Get in touch →
How does it work?
Every project is estimated individually based on the expected design and drafting hours. We review your architectural plans, sign schedule (if available), branding, and scope, then outline the deliverables you need—sign types, location plans, details, etc. From there, we provide a proposal tied to estimated design hours. Once approved, we get to work, check in at key milestones, and refine the set until it’s ready for pricing, permitting, and fabrication.
When should we bring Signitects into a project?
Ideally, the earlier, the better. As soon as you have a sign schedule, basic branding, or wayfinding intent, we recommending reaching out. The earlier we’re involved, the easier it is to align with architecture, avoid conflicts, ensure you have everything you need to move forward so you can keep RFIs to a minimum.
Are you a sign fabricator or installer?
We specialize in signage design and documentation—but we can also facilitate fabrication and installation nationally through our network of trusted sign partners. That means you can use us for drawings only or tap into our industry network for a turnkey package from concept to install.
What types of signage do you draw?
Interior, exterior, and wayfinding—everything from ADA room IDs and overhead directionals to monuments, pylons, and parking signs. If it needs a permit or a detail, we can draw it.
How do you price your services?
Pricing is based on project size and scope—number of sign types, locations, and overall complexity—tied back to estimated design hours. We also offer standalone consultations where we review your existing drawings or sign package, identify what’s missing, and outline exactly what you need to move forward confidently.
